On viewing your shopping cart, you can update your shopping cart i.e. change the quantity of the items you are buying, remove or add an item from your shopping cart etc. After having chosen the items you wish to purchase, you can click on checkout.

This option is a offline option in which you have placed a purchase order with us which will be shipped by us after receiving payment from you.

Refunds and Returns Policy at prakashkalmandir.com
Transit Loss or Damage
Goods Lost in transit or Damaged in transit, will replaced no extra cost to you. Replacement of Damaged goods will happen
after the same have to been returned within 10 days of delivery. You will not have to bear any extra cost.
Other Returns
Any other merchandise that's in new condition including original packaging and accessories, can be returned within 7 days of receiving your shipment, you may return any unopened item in its original packaging, for a refund (excluding shipping costs). Please note that we can process returns and refunds only for items purchased from prakashkalmandir.com Serial Nos shall match with original documents like Tax Invoice Supplied by us & with our system
Refund Amounts
Refunds are provided by simply reversing the charge on your credit card or bank account using which the transaction was made. For cash on delivery orders refunds would be provided by cheque / DD in the name of the buyer. Refunds may also be claimed for cancelling unshipped items.
HOW TO RETURN
When you return your item, just indicate the reason for your return in a short note (if you feel like it!), put the item and the note with the order number into a secure package, affix our address note (our returns address is given below) and send it through a reliable courier or mail it to us.
