Versatile Zoom Capability

The RF200-800mm f/6.3-9 IS USM has a large focal coverage from 200mm to 800mm, bringing far away subjects close. 

Compatible with both Extender RF 1.4x and Extender RF 2x, the effective range can be increased to 1120mm and 1600mm respectively. 

Lightweight Super Telephoto

Measuring approximately 314.1mm in length and 102.3mm in diameter, the RF200-800mm f/6.3-9 IS USM is physically much smaller than the RF800mm f/5.6L IS USM despite having a similar reach of 800mm.

Weighing only 2050g, the RF200-800mm f/6.3-9 IS USM is easy to handle and allows for more creative expression. 

0.25x Magnification

With its minimum focusing distance of only 0.8m, you can get up to 0.25x magnification at 200mm focal length. 

Image Stabilisation

The RF200-800mm f/6.3-9 IS USM can achieve up to 5.5 stops of image stabilisation. It is ideal for getting tack-sharp handheld telephoto shots and perfect for those low-light shots that usually require a tripod.

Super Spectra Coating

This special coating on the RF200-800mm f/6.3-9 IS USM reduces flaring and ghosting. The coating also prevents contrast loss in a backlit scenario for a sharper and clearer image.

UD Lenses

This lens uses three Ultra Low Dispersion (UD) lens elements with low refraction and low dispersion that reduce chromatic aberrations to deliver higher image quality.
